By completing your purchase and checking the box below, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the full BrandBrain Social Beta Program Agreement, which these Terms summarize. The full Agreement controls if there is any conflict.
Who you're buying from. BrandBrain Social is provided by Stackt Digital LLC (North Carolina) and Juniper Studios, LLC (Arizona), together "we" or "Provider." Stackt Digital LLC is your billing and contact party.
What this is. BrandBrain Social is an automated, on-brand social media content system delivered into your own Perplexity workspace. This purchase is for the Beta Program — a pre-release, in-development product offered to a limited group of established businesses at a reduced price.
You are paying a one-time, reduced beta fee of $1,000 (standard price $2,997). Payment is due in full before onboarding begins. There are no payment plans.
The product is in active development. It may contain errors, behave inconsistently, and change during your participation. You're joining with full knowledge of its beta status.
Beta is for businesses that already have an established brand and marketing foundation and want to scale and simplify their marketing. Output quality depends on the materials you provide — the engine works from your inputs. If you don't have strong enough brand and marketing information to build from, do not join; let us know instead. Weak outputs caused by weak inputs are not a defect.
We work with you until your engine produces quality, on-brand outputs — meaning content that is on-brand, on-voice, and usable with only minimal editing (roughly a few line-level or structural tweaks per piece, the normal polish before publishing). Because BrandBrain Social runs on generative AI, no output is ever perfect, and occasional slips, phrasing quirks, and the need for human review are normal and are not defects. Every output must be reviewed by a human before you publish it.
BrandBrain Social runs inside a qualifying paid Perplexity plan (currently Perplexity Pro), which you must obtain and pay for yourself. This is not included in the beta fee. To protect the confidential methods behind how the assets are built, we build and test your engine inside our own Perplexity environment, then deploy the finished assets into your own Perplexity account, where they become yours. You must grant us the access we need to deploy and support your engine. If you won't get a Perplexity account or grant deployment access, do not join the Beta Program — your account is the only place we deliver the finished engine. If you want social scheduling, you must obtain and pay for your own third-party scheduling software (also not included). If you cancel Perplexity, your engine may stop working and we're not responsible for that.
After purchase, we'll email your onboarding timeline, a prep list, the Perplexity signup link, and your onboarding form. You agree to: complete the onboarding form and upload your assets within 5 days of purchase, and respond to any follow-up requests within 2 business days. If you go unresponsive, we may pause, reschedule, or treat your participation as abandoned, and an abandoned spot is non-refundable. Our target turnaround is roughly 2 weeks from purchase to delivered engine, but that's a target, not a guarantee, and depends on how quickly you respond.
In exchange for the beta price, you agree to be a case study — you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your name, business name, logo, and results in our marketing, and to use the brand marketing materials we create for you during beta as examples in promoting BrandBrain Social. You also agree to give us direct product feedback, which we may use freely to improve the product.
You'll be among the first members of the BrandBrain Social community. Direct your questions there. After setup is complete, you get 30 days of direct support through the community, with updates, how-tos, and educational material posted there, and up to a year of general support.
The beta fee is non-refundable, with one exception: if you withdraw before we begin processing your onboarding form (before any review or build work starts), you get a full refund. Once work begins, no refund is available.
You own the assets built for your business — your source documents, avatars, generated content, and your engine's configuration as applied to your brand — under a limited license to use them for your own business. We own BrandBrain Social itself and everything underlying it: the system, architecture, skills, prompts, templates, frameworks, methodology, and build process. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, replicate, resell, sublicense, or build a competing engine from our structure, skills, prompts, frameworks, or process, and not to disclose our non-public methods to anyone. These components are confidential trade secrets. These obligations survive after the program ends.
Except for the quality commitment in Section 4, the product is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific marketing, sales, revenue, or business result. You are responsible for the content you publish and for your business results. Nothing here is legal, financial, or professional advice.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us ($1,000). The reduced beta price reflects this allocation of risk.
This agreement is governed by the laws of North Carolina, with venue there, and the parties will attempt good-faith discussion and mediation before any legal action. We may change or end the Beta Program during development; beta features are not guaranteed to carry into the full product. These Terms summarize the full Beta Program Agreement, which controls in any conflict.
